PRODUCT RETURN POLICY

You may return any item for assessment, repair or replacement.

Items must be returned in either their original packaging with all tags and stickers attached or similar professional packaging. You and your shipping contractor are responsible for the returned item arriving with us in good condition.

Please submit your request using our automated RMA System.

We will not accept returned items without a Return Material Authorization (RMA) number. Returns received without authorization may not be processed for repair or replacement.

1. Create a Request for RMA by logging in to our RMA website. If you do not have an account yet, please click SIGNUP and provide accurate information such as name, shipping address and a valid email address.

2. Please provide a detailed description of the reason for returning the product.

3. We will review your request within 2 business days, do not send you item until you have received an RMA Number. You will receive a notification email when your RMA Request is approved. You can also log in to our system anytime to check the status of your request.

4. Upon receiving an RMA Number, you may ship your item, please either log in and record the shipping details or e-mail them to our returns centre.

5. You can monitor the status of your return (24x7) by logging into our website.

Electronics items must have their factory "void if removed seals" in tact to qualify for in warranty repair or replacement.

An item should be returned in the original manufacturers packaging when possible or similar professional packaging be used, we recommend you keep your packaging for at least the first 90 days after purchase.
